Microinfluencers may optionally provide their email and/or phone number for brand collaboration purposes. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Showscases. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Microinfluencer Responsibilities

• Profile Submission: When submitting your profile, you agree that any email or phone number provided is shared at your discretion for brand collaboration purposes. You may update or remove this information at any time.
• Public Data: You acknowledge that all other data displayed (e.g., social URLs, posts) is publicly available and sourced from your social media profiles. Microinfluencer.so is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of this data.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring any information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

4. Brand Responsibilities

• Brands may use the platform to discover microinfluencers and contact them only via the email or phone number provided by the microinfluencer.
• Brands agree not to misuse any information obtained through Showscases, including contacting microinfluencers in ways that violate applicable laws or these Terms.

5. Use of the Platform

• You agree not to use Showscases for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, or to violate any third-party rights.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the platform's functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Showscases, including design and branding, is owned by Microinfluencer.so. Publicly available social media data displayed on the platform remains the property of the respective microinfluencer or social media platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Microinfluencer.so is not liable for any interactions, collaborations, or disputes between brands and microinfluencers.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of any publicly available data displayed on the platform.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Microinfluencer.so will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Microinfluencer.so harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Termination
